Currently J and I are living the dream on the coast of Maine in one of our favorite cottages. Our days consist of sleeping in, coffee on the deck as we just gaze at the harbor full of lobster boats, good eating, walks on the rocks and boat rides...darn, life is hard! At our fingertips is Five Isalnds Lobster Co., where we have eaten delicious Maine fried and fresh seafood, ice cream, and the worlds best onion rings at least every other day. For some reason wine taste better at the cottage and my supply doesn't seem to last very long but luckily 1/4 mile up the road is the sweetest little Five Islands Farm with our every need in stock.
It is just absolutely a blessing that our dearest Bernet family let us occupy this piece of heaven for our last month in Maine. It will absolutely make it 1000x harder to leave but a memory we will cherish forever. This is the very coast line I grew up on and always a favorite treasure in my heart so to share it with J is just the best. It helps that this cottage is the absolute cutest, coolest, little place there ever was and my eyes never tire of observing every little detail inside and out!
